REMEMBER:
Please dress comfortably for the course and wear layers that you can take off or add as you will feel temperature changes when working and you will be required to undress when you are being massaged by a fellow student.
Make sure you wear comfortable, sensible shoes.
Remove all jewellery except your wedding ring.
If your nails are long they will need to be shortened for hygiene purposes and for your clients comfort.

Please bring three different colored pens and a highlighter to accentuate or highlight important notes.
Bring a notebook and a clipboard
